<p>Every item we sell is pre-owned, second-hand, and sold as-is. Each piece is one-of-one — once it sells, it is gone, and there are no restocks or duplicates.</p>
<p>Measurements listed on each product are hand-taken by us and are approximate. Minor signs of wear, such as small marks, fading, or loose threads, are normal and expected on vintage garments and are part of their character.</p>
<p>Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen's brightness and calibration.</p>
<p>Every item is steam sanitised at 100°C before dispatch.</p>

<p>Yct_Thrift is an independent reseller of pre-owned clothing. All items are sourced secondhand. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by any of the brands whose products we list. All brand names, logos and trademarks referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the items for sale.</p>

<h2>6. Pricing and Payment</h2>
<p>All prices on this website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.</p>
<p>We accept prepaid orders only. We do not offer cash on delivery.</p>
<p>We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a pricing or listing error has occurred.</p>

<h2>7. Order Acceptance</h2>
<p>Placing an order on this website is an offer to purchase, not a confirmed sale. An order is only accepted by us once it has been dispatched. Until an order is dispatched, we may cancel it and issue a full refund, including where a listing or pricing error has occurred.</p>

<p>All product photography, written descriptions, and other content on this website belong to Yct_Thrift. None of it may be copied, reused, or redistributed without our prior written permission.</p>

<h2>11. Prohibited Use</h2>
<p>You agree not to scrape or systematically collect data from this site for resale purposes, not to place fraudulent orders, and not to otherwise misuse the website or its content.</p>

<h2>12. Limitation of Liability</h2>
<p>To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order.</p>

<p>These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ajmer, Rajasthan.</p>
