Refund policy

<h2>1. All Sales Are Final</h2>
<p>Every item at Yct_Thrift is a unique, pre-owned, one-of-one piece — there are no restocks and no duplicates. Because of this, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges once an order is placed, including for change of mind, fit, size or preference.</p>

<h2>2. Please Check Before You Buy</h2>
<p>Since we can't offer returns, we try to make sure you have everything you need to buy with confidence. Every listing includes hand-taken measurements in inches, the fit size, the era of the piece, and multiple photographs of the exact item you'll receive — not a stock photo or a similar item.</p>
<p>Before ordering, we'd recommend comparing the measurements against a similar garment you already own, and looking closely through all the photos. If you're at all unsure about fit, condition, or anything else about a piece, message us on Instagram at @yct_thrift or email us at yctthrift@gmail.com before you order — we're always happy to help you decide.</p>

<h2>3. Order Cancellation</h2>
<p>Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. For urgent issues, please contact us by email or on Instagram and we'll do what we can.</p>

<h2>4. Orders Cancelled by Yct_Thrift</h2>
<p>In the rare event that we're unable to fulfil your order — for example, if an item is no longer available, or a listing error occurred — we'll cancel the order and refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.</p>

<h2>5. Failed or Incomplete Payments</h2>
<p>If an amount was debited from your account but you didn't receive an order confirmation from us, this isn't a completed purchase and is handled separately from our returns policy. Please email us at yctthrift@gmail.com with the UPI reference number (UTR) and the amount debited, and we'll respond within 24 hours. If the payment never reached us, your bank will automatically reverse it within 5–7 working days.</p>
